Chief Executive Officer

iainIain’s key responsibility is to identify and capitalize on opportunities the payments industry presents.
He provides the main sales and marketing initiatives and has a major role in how and where we operate. Iain has over 30 years’ experience selling IT solutions and services to blue chip businesses.
Since 1991 he has specialised in card payments in both the UK and across Europe. He is a Scot firmly against devolution and spends most of his free time on the golf course looking for his ball.


Chief Operating Officer

adinaAdina is involved in all aspects of the daily operations and direction of the company. Her main role is to ensure consistently high quality customer support and project delivery. Co-founder of Anderson Zaks, Adina has BSc Honours from Birmingham University and MSc from University of Manchester. Adina pioneered integrated payment solutions in the UK in the early 1990’s. In her spare time Adina likes to test card payment facilities at as many merchants as possible.


Chief Technical Architect

nickNick is head of software development at Anderson Zaks. Nick also takes an active role in the direction the company should go. Nick graduated with a 1st in Computer Science from Bristol University in 1994. Nick worked in payment software development with Adina from 1994 -97 and joined Anderson Zaks full time in 2003. Nick likes to think he is Olympic standard snowboarder but in truth he’s getting a little past his prime.


Head of Support

alanAlan is responsible for delivering the highest level customer satisfaction that our customers have come to expect. He is central to managing the relationships between our customers, our support professionals and our service providers.Alan has worked in the card industry in the UK and USA for the last decade and brings structure to our services. When not supporting customers Alan trains to try and break his 4 hour marathon time.
